We use Umami analytics on our public website to understand visits, popular show pages, traffic sources, device types, approximate visitor locations, and clicks on useful links.

What we collect

Our analytics uses anonymous visitor statistics and does not use tracking cookies. We record public show pages and named actions, such as opening ticket booking, downloading a calendar, or clicking a referral link. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses, or payment details to our analytics.

Analytics is stored on our own server and remains available until we remove it. Anonymous visitor estimates can count the same person more than once across devices. Browser privacy tools may prevent some visits from being counted.

Your choice

We respect your browser's Do Not Track setting. You can also turn analytics off for this browser. This preference is saved in your browser's local storage.

Treasure and other websites

Ticket reservations, vendor applications, and payments are handled by Treasure. Its embedded experiences and the external websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices. We can count visits to our booking tabs, but our analytics does not inspect what you enter inside Treasure.

Contact messages

When you use our contact form, we send your name, email address, selected topic, and message to LowCountry Card Market by email. Our email delivery provider processes these details, and we keep the message in our inbox so we can reply. We do not store a copy in the event database or send form contents to analytics. The form uses short-lived security tokens and temporary sending limits to help prevent spam.

Email alerts

If you request email alerts, we store your email address, selected show/vendor preferences, confirmation status, and subscription dates in our private mailing-list database. We send a confirmation email first; you only become subscribed when you confirm. Our email delivery provider processes these messages. Each update includes an unsubscribe link. We retain a minimal unsubscribe record so future campaigns respect your choice. Your address and preferences are never sent to analytics or shown publicly.

Server logs and questions

Our server also keeps technical request logs, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, to operate and troubleshoot the website. For questions about this site, contact lowcountryrips@gmail.com.
